The 10th Chengdu International Auto Parts and After sales Service Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Auto Parts Exhibition) opened in Chengdu on May 16th, with the development trends of the automotive industry such as new energy and intelligent connected transformation becoming one of the focuses of this year's Chengdu Auto Parts Exhibition.

The exhibition area reaches 50000 square meters, setting a new historical high. Among them, the new energy and intelligent networking sector is the focus of this year's Chengdu Auto Parts Exhibition. The exhibits cover key component products such as motors and electronic control, intelligent driving, integration of vehicle networking perception, intelligent charging piles, range extenders, etc.

In terms of international technology exchange, many well-known brands from Brazil, Germany, Italy, the UK and other countries have joined the Chengdu Auto Parts Exhibition, showcasing a series of technologies and services that have leading advantages in green, low-carbon, digitalization, and intelligence. For example, Evamer, who participated in the Chengdu Auto Parts Exhibition for the first time, launched an electro-hydraulic power steering pump for the Chinese market. The built-in electronic control unit adjusts energy consumption according to driving conditions, achieving 70% energy-saving effect.

As the theme conference of this year's Chengdu Auto Parts Exhibition, the 2024 China Automotive Industry Supply Chain and New Energy Vehicle International Cooperation Conference will be held simultaneously. At the meeting, Huang Yonghe, a senior chief expert of China Automotive Technology Research Center Co., Ltd., introduced in a speech that in the development of China's new energy vehicle industry and supply chain, power batteries maintain strong competitiveness, and new products such as semi-solid batteries and sodium ion batteries have begun to be applied in some car models; Motor and electronic control enterprises have independent research and development capabilities; Intelligent sensors have been integrated into the global supply system, especially LiDAR; The independently developed operating system has started to be applied on vehicles.
